Refund Policy
At Mieux Swim, customer satisfaction is important to us. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product quality, all returns must comply with the following policy.
Return Eligibility
Mieux Swim accepts returns on eligible merchandise. To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original packaging

With all original tags attached

With hygiene liners fully intact

Free of scents, fragrances, and markings of any kind
Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email info@mieuxswim.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

Original tracking number
Mieux Swim reserves the right to decline return requests submitted outside of the 7-day delivery window.
Please allow up to 5 business days for a response to your return inquiry.
Return Authorization & Shipping
If your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization email along with a complimentary return shipping label.
To ensure proper tracking and receipt by our warehouse:

Returned items must be shipped using the return label provided by Mieux Swim.

Mieux Swim cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped using independent shipping labels.

Mieux Swim reserves the right to decline returns shipped using unauthorized labels.
Approved returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the Mieux Swim return label. Returns postmarked after this timeframe may be declined.
Return Inspection
Once returned merchandise is received at our warehouse, all items will be inspected to verify compliance with our return standards.
Items will be considered customer-damaged or soiled if they contain evidence of wear, use, alteration, or contamination, including but not limited to:

Rips, tears, or fabric damage

Pilling
-
Stains or discoloration
-
Perfumes or fragrances
-
Body sprays
-
Lotions, creams, body butters, or oils

Self-tanning products
-
Deodorant residue
-
Hair products, including hairspray
-
Soap residue
-
Nail polish
-
Makeup, including lipstick, lip gloss, foundation, concealer, blush, bronzer, and eye makeup
Defective Return Findings
If any returned item is determined to be soiled, worn, damaged, or otherwise non-compliant with this policy, the item will be classified as Customer-Damaged Merchandise.
In such cases:

Mieux Swim will notify the customer via email of the inspection findings.

A partial refund equal to 20% of the original purchase price (excluding taxes and shipping fees) will be issued to the original method of payment.

The transaction will then be considered closed and resolved.
Approved Returns & Refunds
For returns that pass inspection and meet all return requirements, Mieux Swim will issue a full refund to the original method of payment.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Final Sale Items
All Runway Sample Sale purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.
