SHIPPING POLICY 
Mieux Swim offers a standard shipping 
of $8.99 this includes tracking through USPS.
Mieux Swim does offer free shipping on all single orders above $199.99 through USPS with tracking included. Shipping rates reflect at check out. Once an order has been received by our warehouse and packed an email will be sent to you confirming your order has been shipped. Orders are shipped daily Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday, unless it is a holiday. All items are quality checked to meet our expected standards prior to shipping.
 
RETURN POLICY 
Mieux Swim will accept returns. Returns must be unworn in original packaging with all tags attached and hygiene liners intact, free of scents and markings. To initiate returns email us at info@mieuxswim.com with order number and original tracking numbers within 7 days of delivery. Mieux Swim reserves the right to respond to return inquiries within 5 business days. Mieux Swim reserves the right to decline returns outside of the 7-day delivery window. Any approved returns will receive an approval email with a free return label. The item(s) must be shipped with our return label or Mieux Swim cannot guarantee items will be received by our warehouse. Mieux Swim reserves the right to decline returns shipped with independent shipping labels. Approved returned items must be postmarked within 7 days of customer receiving our return label. Mieux Swim reserves the right to decline returns postmarked outside the 7-day window. Once approved returned item(s) has been received at our warehouse, Mieux Swim reserves the right to inspect all returned items for soiling and defects. Soiled and defects include but are not limited to: rips, tears, piling, stains, scents, perfumes, body sprays, lotions, body butters, creams, tanning lotions, oils, deodorants, hair sprays, soaps, nail polish, makeup (including lipstick, lip gloss, foundations and concealers, cheek, and eye makeups). If any soil or defect is found on any returned item(s) the item(s) will be marked defective by customer, an email will be sent to customer explaining our findings and a partial refund of 20% of the purchase price (excluding  tax and shipping fees) will be issued and returned to customer via original method of payment. The transaction at that time will be considered completed and rectified. For item(s) approved, returned and accepted (no soiling or defect issue), Mieux Swim will issue a full refund via original form of payment within 10 days of receiving item(s) and inspecting items.
