When looking at ourselves in the mirror, we analyze & process, taking inventory of every inch of ourselves. Most times that natural behavior occurs, individually checking off boxes that we feel don’t measure up and it finds all the flaws. This is when we should all realize how unhealthy we speak or think about ourselves when shopping for swimwear.
 
At Mieux Swim we think you should know you are acceptable; you can wear a swimsuit and feel good about it! We show positive body images of everyday people in swimsuits just being who they are. We hope to have those who choose Mieux Swim love themselves better and make strides to be more kind to people with different body compositions.
